  1. @majesticeternity

I don't know if this intended or if its a  bug, but the only German Youth and 2nd Teams that ever get invited to those cup games are from teams that started in division one at the beginning of the save.

Teams like Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldford and so on never participate in any of these cups, which is a shame as I wanted to start a longterm save with my local german team. Any way to fix this stuff?
Other leagues don't seem to have the problem, I've seen plenty of 3rd division Italian Teams or 2nd division Frenchs Teams entering these competitions.

I've read that you are currently really busy, but if you have an idea how to fix this and what might be the problem I can check that myself in the editor.

    Thx :)

  2. I can give you my observatiosn with multiple stats that only appear in the leaguesof teh country you play in.
I'm playing Hannover96 in the 1st season (2nd division in Germany):

Now some Screenshots will follow, for dribblings, clear cut chances and key tackles.
I have the other leagues on playable, but not on fully simmed, so maybe it is an issue with the ME or how the ME counts certain stats when 100% simmed.

PS: Would like to hear a statement how somethign like this could even happen.

  3. Thank you for listening to some of my suggestions and changing Hannover 96.
All in all I'm thrilled to start my save with an improved Germany Database on full release.

That said I have a few more suggestions:
I hope I don't say anything redundant, I've tried to look through the whole thread, but maybe someone slipped through.

    Hannover 96

    Staff

    Lars Barlemann
According to the following link (and Screenshot) he is Co-Trainer and also responsible for video analysis. Therefore it might be easier to set him as Head Performance Analyst with a decent rating in analying data and set on of the other two assitant managers in his position (Asif Saric or Serhat Umar)
    https://www.hannover96.de/saison/unser-team-202021.html

    Asif Saric
He is still part of the Hannover 96 Staff and is listet as an assitant manager. Maybe set him as assitant manager or as a a coach like Serhat Umar, who is listet as assitent manager by Hannover but is just a coach in the database (which is still fine in my opinion)
    https://www.hannover96.de/saison/unser-team-202021.html

    Thorsten Klopp
In the Database he is a physio at Köln, but he is part of the physio team of Hannover 96.
    https://www.hannover96.de/saison/unser-team-202021.html

    Rolf Mossmann
I don't know if his rating in game are set, but in my database he has 12 for all gk coaching and avaerage mental's. However seems to be integrating a lot of new stuff into the gk training at Hannover. For example the balancer (also used by Hoffenheim and Bremen) or some other ideas like a specific reaction ball. Furthermore he knows Kocak from previous station at Sandhausen and Mannheim, so maybe he is the favorite personnel for Kocak. He is addig a lot of variety in his coaching, therefore I would bump his gk coachign ratings to 13 or 14 and maybe push his motivation a bit as I would assume it motivates the players if they have some variety and more fun during training.

    https://www.hannover96.de/aktuelles/news/details/28056-im-96-torwarttraining-mossmann-sorgt-fuer-die-richtige-balance.html

    Kenan Kocak
Since he took over from Mirko Slomka he is playing primairly a 4-3-1-2 system in Hannover and his 2nd formation is usally a 4-4-2. In the database his prefered formation is a 4-2-3-1 wide and his 2nd formation is 5-2-1-2.
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/hannover-96/spielplan/verein/42/plus/0?saison_id=2020
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/kenan-kocak/profil/trainer/17833

    Players

    Martin Hansen
In the database his personality is fairly ambitious, however in real life he extended his contract with Hannover despite just being the back up to Esser. So he doesn't seem to be ambitious, maybe you should tweak his hidden stats so he is fairly proffesional, fairly loyal or balanced (somethign in that range).
    https://www.sportbuzzer.de/artikel/torhuter-martin-hansen-verlangert-seinen-vertrag-bei-hannover-96/

    Sei Murya
He played 11.500 minutes for Tokyo at 113 matches which equals to ~86 minutes on average. So he was a regular starter that was almost playing every single minute, therefore his 10 stamina seems a bit low. He should have enough breath for 90 minutes on a regular basis easily.
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/sei-muroya/leistungsdaten/spieler/188910/plus/0?saison=ges

    Kingsley Schindler
According to transfermarkt.de and wikipedia he is 1.83cm tall and not just 1.80
He is also not a regular starter for Hannover or Köln. He is more of a squad player as he is rotating with Muroya at right back and is usually not plaing for the whole 90 minutes.
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/kingsley-schindler/profil/spieler/153678

    https://www.transfermarkt.de/kingsley-schindler/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/153678/wettbewerb/L2/saison/2020

Wages (I don't have much proof for the upcoming suggestions, but it seems logic to me)

    Players earning to much
    - Martin Hansen: same wage as Esser, I doubt that.
    - Baris Basdas: Just a fringe player that will play very very rarely, 399.000 a year seems to much.

    Players earning not enough
    - Hendrik Weydandt: He was approached by a handfull other teams this offseason, however he extended his contract with Hannover but surely not at big discount. I think he will be one of the more expensive players in the squad (600k - 700k)
    - Michael Esser: I guess it would be fair to lower the wage of Hansen a few k and add them to Esser as he will be earning good as undisputed first choice gk.

  4. Hannover 96

    Players:

    Genki Haraguchi
Since last season Genki is playing primairly in central areas of the pitch (at least since Kocak was appointed as Head Coach). Therefore Genki should have OM also as his natural position and CM at least accomplished. Furthermore he is not really a playmaker, but he is an accomplished passer with also solid enough finishing  (however this is more a personal opinion and I can't really prove it). Another point that may be debateable, but Genki is playing in Germany since 14/15 and he seems to understand german pretty well, he is speaking may be not 100% on poiint, but II think its fair to assume that his german is at least good if not fluent and not just basic like its set in the database.
    Peformance Data with position:
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/genki-haraguchi/leistungsdaten/spieler/79377/plus/0?saison=2019

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjTi0BYKbUM&feature=youtu.be  (04.11.20)

    Timo Hübers
Timo may be to old to be labled as a big talent, that said he is the first choice centerback for Hannover when he is healthy. So he should be a regular starter instead of just a squad player and his current ability should reflect that level, I dont know about his hidden stats but sadly he is kinda injuriy prone so that should also be reflected in the game.
    Peformance Data with position:
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/timo-hubers/leistungsdaten/spieler/236981/plus/0?saison=2019
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/timo-hubers/leistungsdaten/spieler/236981/plus/0?saison=2020

    Dominik Kaiser
Hannover was getting rid of their whole team council (is that the correct term?) from the 19/20 season and Kaiser was appointed as the new captain, therefore his leadership rating in game should reflect that. He should be the player with the most leadership in Hannovers squad, followed closly by Frantz.

    Linton Maina
He is the highest valued player of the 2. Bundesliga. I'm not complaining about his low value in FM21, but teams like Wolfsburg and Glabach were interested to buy him in the summer transfer window and wolfsburg were offering 3.5 million (even with corona discount), however Hannover was asking for 10+ million plus and was lowering their asking price due to covid to 6 million. That is not reflect in the game, iits not that his value in game is low, btu his whole attributes doesn't refelct his talent and I don't know hsi exact potential ability but he never seems to reach it so maybe his hidden start like proffesionalsim need some little tweaks, too. He was also nominated to play for the U21 for Germany 4times, eventhough he needed to cancel his invites due to injuries an stuff. All in All he should be a stud player that is really tough to hold for a team like Hannover in the summer of 2021, therefore he should be a star or at least an important player instead of just a squad player and his attributes should refelct that.
His Idol is Lionel Messi and he is also a fan of Neymar.

    Sei Muroya
He can play LV eventhough he plays there very rarely. Maybe LV could be set as a minor position for him.
Played LV twice this season for Hannover (out of 7 games):
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/sei-muroya/leistungsdaten/spieler/188910/plus/0?saison=2020

    Florent Muslija
Muslija does not have any future for Hannover, he is not able to impress the coaches and for three years in a row he is just a backup type of player. So he shouldn't be one of the better players in the squad in game. His 2nd nationality is kosvo and not albania.

    His Idol was Thiery Henry.
    https://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/Ghanaian-midfielder-Kingsley-Schindler-reveals-his-childhood-idol-1045264

    Patrick Twumasi
He played CL fro Astana and made 3 apperances for Ghana. That doesn't sound like a worldbeater, but almost all his mentals are below 10 which seems strange. That said thats just a personal opinion.

    Hendrik Weydandt
He was fan from Bayern Munich when he was young which is already in the database, but he also had an idol that played for Bayern: Claudio Pizarro.
Interview (last sentece paragraph is about Bayern and Pizarro):
    https://www.hannover96.de/aktuelles/news/details/24832-talk-mit-hendrik-weydandt-charmant-und-schlagfertig.html

    Jaka Bijol
He is fluent (or good) in english and also basic in german. Neither of these languages is in the database.
    Interviews:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJPqGVAoHUw
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OM-ImUkHMdg

    Josip Elez
When asked he said that Ronaldinho was his Idol. His whole time in Hannover he was never more as a backup defender, however in FM21 he is the best creative player Hannover has to offer, that may be a bit overrated.

He said that his idol were Roberto Carlos and Ronaldinho
    https://www.hannover96.de/aktuelles/news/details/27996-neu-hier-simon-falette-beantwortet-eure-fragen.html

    Mike Frantz
Since two years he is primarly just playing as CM. So his natural position should be adjusted.
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/mike-frantz/leistungsdaten/spieler/30942/plus/0?saison=2020
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/mike-frantz/leistungsdaten/spieler/30942/plus/0?saison=2019

    Simon Stehle
According to transfermarkt he is 1.82cm tall and not  just 1.76cm (wikipedia has him listet as 1,8). He aslo did the whole preperation with the 1st team this season and he was the 6th best goalscorer in the 18/19 Youth Bundeliga Nord despite just having 13 games, he had a better goal ratio as Lamar Samardzic or Nick Woltemade who are both wonderkids (or close) in FM. I'm not pushing for a big upgrade that Stehle should be as good as ome wonderkids, but he should be good enough to be thrown in a few league games a substitue and he should have the potential to develop into a decent player. I found an article that said that on teh first 30m Stehle is as fast as Usain Bolt. So he should have a fairly high accelartion stat (right now 14 in database)
Sources (18 Scorer in just 13 Games):

    https://www.sportbuzzer.de/artikel/top-talent-simon-stehle-gewinner-bei-hannover-96-usain-bolt-mick-gudra/

    Valmir Sulejmani
He is not an Emergency Backup that should be placed in the 2nd Team. He was substitued in, in almost every match this season for Hannover. Furthermore he played solid for Mannheim last season in the 3rd division (when healthy). He should be in teh 1st team and shoudl have the role squad player. Also his ratings should reflect that new squad status. He is a bit better that in the current database, that said 2nd division is probably as far as he can take his talents. Accordiing to transfermarkt Sulejmani's heigth is 1.85cm and not just 1.80cm (fussballdaten.de agrees).

    https://www.fussballdaten.de/person/valmir-sulejmani/

    Leo Weinkauf
He is seen as the potential future #1 at Hannover. Therefore he should have the talent to develop into a decent goalkeeper at maybe even bundesliga niveau. He starts for Duisburg the 2nd year in teh row and he seems to do a decent job there.
    https://www.transfermarkt.de/weinkauf-verlangert-bei-96-und-wechselt-zu-duisburg-bdquo-perspektivisch-nummer-1-ldquo-/view/news/338538

    Mick Gudra
Similar to Simon Stehle, one of the bigger talents at Hannover, who already gets chances with the 1st team. Played in a friendly match against Wolfsburg during nationalteam break.

    Marc Lamti
He played himself in the startign squad of the 2nd team and made two apperances for the national team of tunesia. In FM21 he is barely able to develop into anything.

    Ramen Cepele
Albania is not a football superpower, however Cepele just broke the record for the youngest national player at the age of 17. He was also playing for the U nationalteams of italy and was developed in the youth team of Inter Mailand. He may just be a future prospect, but he should be talented enough to play professional football. Furthermore he is 1.90cm tall and not 1.79cm.
