I am finding that some of my loan offers for my players are being auto rejected. I have checked my responsibility settings and loan manager stuff. I have attached my game file for you to take a look

Release Clause not activating

| am in the Champions League so when bidding for Piero Hincapie it should activate his release clause, however as you can see it isn't doing so.
