I play with Red Star and domestically it's mandatory to include 4 u21 players on a match day sheet. Fair enough.

But every young player I start utilising, Chelsea, Man Utd and PSG keep making offers like crazy and the board sells them.

This is very unrealistic as those clubs almost never buy directly from the Serbian league but from the likes of Anderlecht, Fiorentina, Lyon etc. and those do shop at Red Star.

I cannot keep anyone for more than a season or two, they're constantly upset and once they sign for Chelsea they never play a single game until they are released on a freebie.

Also it's next to impossible to sell anyone if you try to, nobody offered out or TL'd ever attracts interest. The only thing that's up is 20-22 year old gems.

It's also impossible to move players from the B team "Graficar" into the A or u19 squads, the move player command deletes their name off the Graficar squad list and they're back again after hitting continue. Players seem to move by themselves at random between Graficar and the u19 and generally most of my intake signings are moved to the Graficar u19 squad every year.

Anybody having similar issues?

Personally I avoid implementing a defensive tactic late in the game to protect 1-0, it almost always backfires, gives the opposition all the possession and we end up conceding - even if it is just the last 5 minutes.

Thanks sidslayer. I never considered the captains determination. It's 11, and they all seem to have dropped to 11.

Does anyone know why my players determination keeps decreasing, sharply - red down arrow. It happens to most of my players about twice a season. Could it be averaging out through out the squad or am I too talking to them too nicely or what?

Mine is also crashing after the latest update, after every match. Well, after the same match I keep having to replay. I started a new save, all over again and it crashes after my first warm-up game against the u-19 team.

[Add playing history to managers.]

Or better yet, play as an existing manager in the game. It would add to the "realism aspect" if your avatar isn't a guy who just dropped out of the sky.

Tweaks, tweaks and more tweaks. That's how progress works. Compare 19 with 10 and you will find that it has improved.

What I'm not liking is an overload of options when negotiating contracts, "fringe player", "impact sub" - how the hell can anyone confidently keep those promises?
