Scoring to make it 5-1 in the 70th minute when obviously they're not going to win the game, then I dont think they should be celebrating as though they've just scored a 95th minute winning goal!!!!

You have to remember that the sounds in this game is before internet itself :P

Looking at it from a business perspective and with no real competition in mind, why would SI ever make the perfect football manager. Its more than enough with a few babysteps every year.
Its like those old soap operas, if you skip 5 episodes you really havent missed much.

It doesnt have to be noise, or do you watch real football listening to podcast or Spotify? Sound is part of the experience like any other entertainment.
Overall its a lot more important than answering  repititive questions from a journalist.

I always do this because i have no interest in players of today.

Just add a xxx manager, choose a team far down in the leauge system, then retire, press continue and go to bed and school or job the day after.
Remember to put the "continue game timeout" to instant.

Like Tyler says, why would they massivly improve anything when they can take babysteps (and not always in the right direction) and charge full price for whats imo just a patch.

Happily playing FM17, the game date is now october 2 in the year 2078.

The sound quality in this game. So sad when clicking the box sound off is the first thing you have to do in a 2020 game. 
Correct me if im wrong, but i think the matchday sounds we hear are more than 15 years old, its just lazy SI.

Its the same sound used when they released their first 3D match engine back in 2009.  Cant find any proof from earlier versions, but sure 2009 was not the first this god awful sound was added.

I play FM17 today because it looks great and i dont need the stuff they added later. 
Can anyone tell me why SI would ever make the perfect Football Manager, thats the problem in releasing this game every year you cant make it perfect if you want people wanting for better versions.
Lets just admit it, Football manager have no real competition and have gone lazy on their product. Do i need to remind you the game use the sound they added in 2006, not a single improvement after that date.

Can you please improve the overall sound quality in the game? A bit sad when the this is so poorly done you have to turn the sound off.

LOL fake players, these are the players that makes your game unique. 
Whenever i start a new game, i always let the game run 15 years into the future because i dont care about todays players.

Also seen the VAR video and besides the fact the animations look poor, what is that sound you hear in the background.
