I do really appreciate your reply especially as it is the holidays but as things stand this is unacceptable. If I wanted to play a 2d game I would purchase a 2d game.
I understand you can't give me an exact timescale but the vagueness of SI's replies regarding the issue give me no confidence that this will be resolved (read through this forum if this thread isn't enough). Meanwhile I'm sure I will continue to see updates, articles on all the great new things in fm17 which is fantastic for people who can actually play the game. At what point will it be too long before I can get a refund on this? How long before you give up on trying to fix this problem because resource is being devoted to fm18? Even if it is fixed/refunded that doesn't come close to compensating for the time I've had to spend rebooting because every time the issue occurs my laptop needs a full restart.
