[Need help with tactic managing Midtjylland in danish superliga.]

First season was good finished 2nd behind FC Copenhagen. Using a 4-2-3-1 and a double pivot when playing away from home.

Second season It went downhill and we played poorly in the league finishing 6th using the same tactic. Only reason I kept my job was because I managed to reach the quarter finals of the Europa Conference league.

Now I´m in my third season I seem to always struggle away from home, also I often start well score 2-0 and control the game but then concede 2. This season has been really inconsistent. I wonder if its the players not being good enough or if i could improve my tactic?. Screenshots below.

This one I use when playing away from home, seem to struggle more with this one.  Was playing this exact tactic but 4-2-3-1 dm AM wide but decided to push the wingers down because i was conceding too many from counter attacks.

I agree Wilson is average irl, but you’re making it sound like it’s physically impossible for him to have a great season.

sure he could but is just a coincidence that he happens to be up there with the top scorers in every save I do in the premiier league since like fm17?

alright I am sorry if I caused any offence. DIdnt mean to come off as rude I know y'all are doing a job here. But in my personal opinion it should not happen. That he gets that many goals.

And also I cant provide the info because It has happened in all my saves from earlier games as well. I always saw him do amazingly for bournemouth as well in earlier versions. 9/10 times. Maybe some little attribute tweak needs to happen!!

your right exactly. I once posted on this forum that there were too many goals in the game which got quite a lot of attention and then they nerfed it (i believe) and then i feel that there arent enough LOL, its probably very hard for them to find a balance as is imagined. At least I feel that some of the world class players in the world don't score as much as they do in real life. But whether there are too little goals on average I dont exactly know about. Just from my personal experience the numbers that the likes of salah. mane, Messi, ROnaldo get in real life arent exactly and havent been exactly that well replicated in the latest FM games in my opinion

exactly finally i feel someone agrees!!, i posted on reddit that i felt the game was too easy and all i got was downvotes and people telling me to pick a harder team than chelsea. But its not that easy to win the BPL cup and CL in the first season even with Kante injured for 2 months.

Not saying thr beta is'nt easy. I mean, I'm currently in the top of Leauge One with Oxford, and I am probably the worst FM:er in the world.

its unrealistic how good he is in the game. It does not represent reality because in real life he is at best average striker. Make it more realistic have Salah, Mane, Kane, Sterling these types of players more often than not be top scorers. Its unrealistic to see Salah/Mane score only 10 goals in a season as happened in my save. Where callum wilson was OP. Playing FM21 beta but I know this is an issue in previous games too 

[Something is wrong with my saved games files]

I am in 3rd season with Schalke in february and i cant load my game really frustrating. I have even tried the backup saves that were before in time. Like in january and even earlier. I just get the error message "game could not be loaded". I have posted here previously because of a bug I experienced in another game save were all player stats history was erased. I am starting to become suspiscious if there is maybe something wrong with my mac its quite old. Or there is something causing the game saves to error. I cant post the files here because it says the file size is too big and only allowed 9 mb max. 

 

[Real Stadiums in 3D]

I reckon this might be hard to do but its worth a request. I feel this would really improve the 3D experience in Football Manager. To basically have the real stadiums of the clubs, like in 3D. Similar to what fifa does with their licenses they sometimes have the real stadiums licensed in 3d. Like to make the stadium look in 3D exactly the way it looks in real life. A lot of the time I for example see in the lower leagues that the stadiums look nothing like they look in real life. Like some clubs in vanarama non league have big stands as if they are City lol which is really unrealistic. And some clubs in premierleague /championship have stands in the wrong places compared to where it is in real life.

By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:

- Open Finder
- Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
- Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
- This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2020’

For FM19 and earlier FM titles the files should be here:

/Users/[Your Mac Username]/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019/games

Yup i checked the fm19 folder and there was no files in "games" folder except the config file. Weird I dont remember deleting these files!

No files are removed when the game is uninstalled, save game files can only be removed manually. If you played the game and saved on this same computer the files should still be there. 

I use a mac if that makes a difference, and its weird cause they are not in the location i didnt delete those files manually

So I have been playing Fm20 obviously. But I wanted to check my older saves I remember one fun save in fm19 with PSG and wanted to go back to the game and check it so i install the game again (had fm19 uninstalled) and when I go play it again. It was as if I had never played it there were no saves . Is this a bug or could my saves have been corrupted or accidentally deleted?. Was it perhaps because I uninstalled the game? Is there any way to retrieve those lost files then?, if they were somehow deleted.

I am playing with QPR third season and while i was able to see stats from the last two seasons before. Suddenly when I started my season in the premier league 3 season. The career stats of all player in the game are missing from 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. This is really frustrating since I have had this save for a while and I am really enjoying it and this really is almost a game breaking bug.

[theres too little goals destroys immersion]

theres simply too little goals in this game. In my season with QPR in the championship there was 1367 goals scored from all teams during the season. My top scorer had 13 which just seems so low. I compared it to other championship seasons in the past and every season had more goals. Even a season that was low on goals had 42 more than my 1367 season. Also strikers get like 4 clear cut chances a game and pass it to the keeper basically. Also wingers never cross they always shoot. This game is completely broken.
