they no longer do crash support here. have to submit a ticket. just submit ticket and link the thread with your crash files on them.

I've basically given up for now until they fix these crashes. Submitted my crash dump before SI went to a different support system and I continue to submit via the automatic submit after a crash. I have heard nothing.

It was until the patch today...now I'm crashing every time I get to a press briefing.

When you have a rig that is rock solid with a hundred games, including FM 20 and all FM before that, believe me it isn't my computer. FWIW, the release version appears to have cured me as I played for an hour today without a crash. Crossing fingers.

Dude a lot of us have this issue. Just copy your crash log and dxdiag files here and they will try and help. I'm same as you, never had an issue until FM21...guess that's why it's in beta

No facepacks or logos...still crash after less than 5 minutes.

I am using logos and facepacks...will remove both and retry with results.

FWIW I've done all of the trouble shooting recommended in the FAQ. Same computer I've ran FM on since 2015 with no issues. Games starts no issue, but usually crashes inside of 10 minutes at random times doing random things. Oddly hasn't crashed during a match.

I wish we could get rid of or cut back on the yellow cards 1-2 minutes into the game. Of course, they CAN happen, but rarely do as the ref typically gives a bit of a break until later in the match. Not a huge thing, but does kind of ruin the immersion factor a bit.

Love the game, never had an issue with stability until 2021, which I guess is a bad thing as the new tech support is rubbish. They give you the same, standard trouble shooting answers you find with outsourced tech support, always blaming your system (which doesn't crash any other game nor any other previous version). Correspondence is slow, with emailed responses taking days or even a week to get, and then as I said with rubbish basic advice (re-install drivers!). Sorry to vent but I miss the good tech support that was offered prior to this year. In the mean time, I'm past the refund period on Steam, is there another refund alternative if the game doesn't get fixed soon? FWIW, my crash is repeatable and always happens during a pre-match press conference.
