No they play Conference League, but that's it isn't it? The release clause says continental football, not just CL. It's because Genk also play continental football. I think that might be it.

They wouldn't accept my 10 million back in January either when I was still very much active in the CL, played my last CL game in February against Chelsea.

This guy has a release clause of 10 million for teams in the CL. I'm in the CL why don't they accept? The text in red says we're rivals so does that mean the release clause doesn't count? Is that even a thing? I also tried to buy him in January but then it said in red they weren't prepared to sell him in the middle of the season. So you can just deny a release clause? Can I do that to my players?

Does anybody have any idea why in each of my saves I can no longer access my scouting knowledge? There should be a list of your scouts and their knowledge and you should be able to hover over a region or country on the world map to see the focus you work on there. I don't know what I did wrong to no longer have this available.

I would like to know how the real life work permits are handled in England because I have a feeling FM makes it harder then it should be. Always when I manage English clubs I struggle to find foreign players who get work permits. And then I see Vincent Kompany raiding the Belgian league for players to sign for Burnley, Bastien, Benson, Zaroury. All players no where near the national team. I see Leicester sign Faes, Mangala to Nott Forrest, Onana to Everton. These guys are closer to the national team but still not enough imo. How are these guys getting work permits? What am I missing here? I don't think I would be able to sign these guys on FM.
