[[England] (Official) League Specific Issues]

In my game City failed the premier league ffp but after the next season started they did not start the year with -5 points as the rules state.

Is the point deduction supposed to be applied at the end of the season or is this a bug in my save game?

[[FM21] Having trouble with columns with same name but different appearance]

As the tittle suggest I'm having trouble with some columns.

Mainly the scout recommendation and the position columns. 

This is what I usually get when I choose to add the Scout recommendation column in a view:

Is there something I'm missing, like a way that toggles between different modes? 

Because I either can't find the ones that are shown by default, or they are named differently when we view them and when we select them.

[Trying to create an agreement like the European Union for the Commonwealth of Nations]

As the title suggests I would like to create an agreement in the Editor for the Commonwealth of Nations where players would be able to be transfered between member nation before their 18th birthday and not be considered as foreign players. 

Although I can create the agreement and add the nations in the editor I can't find where I can add such conditions. Is it even possible to do something like that? and if yes where should I be looking at?

I'm thinking of creating a Commonwealth of Nations Agreement in the editor that would basically function like the european union does.

I know I can make the agreement and add the needed nations to it, but is there a way that I could then make the nations not count players from fellow members as foreign and enable transfers of under 18 players?

Not sure if this is the correct subforum for this but this should be corrected to "one of the biggest" instead of "one of the very biggest"

When I created the save I picked only England as playable but had many other nations to choose from like always, it's just that I only made England manageable as I wanted to sim a few years into the future for the lower leagues to be a bit more balanced.

I also added 7 more nations as view only and was planning to change Greece into a playable nation after the simming was over but now it doesn't allow me to add new leagues, only remove existing ones.

As for the custom dBs I'm using I've tested them before and had no problems adding or removing leagues on the fly.

And no I have an i5 4690k but I've never really put stock into the star rating of performance as there are many factors outside the game that seem to affect what performance it thinks the pc will have (granted it did take me 3 days to reach 2024 while simming but I did also use the pc as I normally would...)

Since I don't know if it's a bug or a feature I decided to write here first. I'm playing with several low tier databases added to the game and these leagues loaded.

I want to make a couple of nations other than england playable as well but the add leagues button is disabled. 

I currently have around 300000 players in the game which is way above the recommended player limit could this be the reason why? And if so is there a way to circumvent this limitation?

While the screen shows only half a star of performance I don't think it's too slow really compared to my normal saves and I doubt adding 3-4 playable leagues is gonna slow it too much.

[Home screen panels default to finances]

So I've had this problem with the manager home screen since last year's fm where the panels would not always stay the way I had assigned them, like there was a default state for each that they'd revert ti after a couple continues. Now though when applying the latest wtcs skin all the panels except for one are set to finances and one is set to training performance which they revert to, no matter what i choose for each panel, after I change to a different screen. 

I searched the forum and didn't see any posts about someone having a similar problem and after having tried several things, deleting the cache and trying on a completely different machine among others, without any success.

Any suggestions to fix that?
