[Won PL and CL and board denying youth upgrade due to terrible run of results]

It seems a bit weird with this rejection from the board to increase youth level when I have won everything

It was in the new FM21 talk you do with the squad either before or after the summer holiday about making promisses, then I promised the squad I would strengthen midfield (As you can see in screenshot 2 the other players are happy with the strenghtning) and then I bought Martin Ødegaard and he now suddenly is unhappy, I have had no talks with him directly

I promissed squad I would strenghten midfield, then I bought Martin Ødegaard for 100 million pounds and now he is getting unhappy because he is saying I didnt strengthen midfield /facepalm

[Is there a requirement before I can board request better training facilities or is this a bug?]

I am now in 2033 and have been in the premier league for several seasons, but I still cant do Board request for improve training facilities (Have looked since I started the game), so they are stuck at "Great"

My club build a new stadium a couple of seasons ago, so there should be "space" for better facilities if that was a limiting factor

Just wondering if its a bug or if I am missing something
