I'm playing as West Ham partway through the first season. A couple days before running into this issue, Angelo Ogbonna had the homesickness interaction and I chose to send him on a short leave, so he is on leave away from the club for a month. A couple days later, I got the inbox item where Ogbonna said he plans on exploring his options at the end of his contract. My captain (Rice) was unable to convince him to leave it, so I have to talk to Ogbonna. However, I am unable to start the private chat with Ogbonna, which I'm guessing is due to him being on leave. Clicking the only button I have on the inbox item, "Discuss Issue with Obgonna", just brings me to his profile, and the Private Chat option there is grayed out. I cannot get past the Must Respond for Ogbonna's contract concern in the inbox without talking to him, but am unable to talk to him.
