  1. Hi Dan, I'd like to ask permission to use your mod as a database to create an extended version of the Surrey Super League mod, your database will give me an extra 39 teams for my league which would be great to take it to 87.
  2. Download Link For those of you that can remember last year I released a add-on that created the English county of Surrey as an independent nation in FM and so this year I just had to recreate it, instead however because of Staines Town's relegation from the Conference last season they've been included and Sutton United have also be included with Farnborough being given the reprieve to stay in the Conference, Sutton was moved to allow for a more even division numbers. Speaking of which the structure has been altered from last season previously being a 4 tier system and being replaced with a 5 tier, 48 team league system with the same 3 cups. The other 4 Surrey clubs, Crystal Palace, Millwall, AFC Wimbledon and Woking have all been kept in their divisions. I hope for a bonus mod to keep you going if you can take a team from bottom to top divisions, speaking of which, this is the new league structure; Format League games run from August until May and play on Saturdays. Level 1 - Premiership 12 teams - 3 relegated - 2 rounds Level 2 - Championship 10 teams - 3 promoted (2 direct, 1 play off) 2 relegated - 2 rounds Level 3 - League 1 10 teams - 2 promoted (1 direct, 1 play off) 2 relegated - 4 rounds Level 4 - League 2 8 teams - 2 promoted (1 direct, 1 play off) 1 relegated via play off - 4 rounds Level 5 - Amateur League 8 teams - 1 promoted (1 play off) - 4 rounds Cups Surrey IFA Challenge Cup - 48 teams, open to all teams in Surrey Surrey Trophy - 40 teams, only open to Championship to Amateur League teams Surrey Elite Cup - 2 teams, Super Cup between Surrey IFA Challenge Cup and Premiership Winners The most immediate change is the new division, the Surrey Amateur League, technically outside the Surrey Super League, and features the bottom teams that started out last years League 2 including the return of Dale FC. The added difficulty of this league is that promotion from it can only be achieved via a 2 legged playoff fixture against the bottom team in League 2, which in my test game, the AI failed to to with 2 different teams in 2 seasons, so not necessarily an easy start place to start. Another change is increased attendance, previously attendance money was nothing, less than 100 in most cases which made for really poor revenue, so i've changed the average attendance for each division. Premiership teams should now average 1000 per game, Championship 800, League 1 600, League 2 400 and Amateur League 200. This should help earn some extra money. As well as attendance prize money is now increased, league positions enjoy a further 5k, meanwhile the 1st and 2nd of the Premiership enjoy a more generous 10k increase. Cups have also gotten a boost, the SIFA Cup winner now gets 80k, not 50k and the Trophy winner gets 20k, not 5k. This extra money should help you to enjoy a more finacially enjoyable season, as long as you keep on top of it of course, the extra funds will not protect against over spending. Known bugs Having been intially ported from FM15 the ghost League 2 remains in the rankings, a unclickable league 2 can easily be found in the rankings, not much of a bug but may bring out some people's OCD. Want an extra challenge? Dale FC is a 1 reputation, £200 balance, £500 value, £1 transfer budget League 2 club ground-sharing with Westfield FC at the 1000 capacity Woking Park and now with a play off fixture the only way to initial promotion, the challenge has only been made harder. Can this new boy be of any competition to any club? Well that's your job manager, to make the new boy the best team in Europe, is it possible? I hope people enjoy the mod, give me any feedback that I can use for future updates and mods. Special thanks to sevestra as always
  3. Replaced with new links, and have also added the new Saxon 8 Nations Championship expansion competition as well.
  4. Saxon Super League (Sussex, Surrey and Kent) This is based off of my original plan for a single league with teams from the 3 English counties of Sussex, Surrey and Kent, as suggested by Koala. My original plan was for a 5 tier 6 cup system with 3 separate national teams, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. But with the amount of teams available I made a 6 tier, 7 cup system with 3 playable national teams and 121 clubs and about 1000 players and staff between them. However, because of a bug that me and sevestra can't find that broke the Isthmian League and by extension England, I had to make a simple tandem mod to go with it. Although if anyone can produce a more accurate or direct me to an already existing mod that removes the Isthmian League or fix the bug it would be greatly appreciated. Like my previous Surrey Super League mod every team moved is from tier 7 and below in the English League system. However, the 10 Conference teams do have B teams divided between the top 3 tiers of the Saxon Super League. To make space in UEFA Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Armenia were displaced to the AFC and the prize money is more generous then in the Surrey Super League. Surrey, Sussex and Kent have also been placed in the EU. However, a limit on non-EU players is in place as you move into the SSL 4 and up to SSL 1, only 6 non-EU players are allowed in your starting squad in SSL 1, 9 in SSL 4, making you more reliant on European and home grown talent to achieve, although not restricting you either, regional leagues are unrestricted. Format League games run from August until May and play on Saturdays. Level 1 - Saxon Super League 1 20 teams - 3 relegated - 2 rounds - 4 b teams Level 2 - Saxon Super League 2 18 teams - 3 promoted (2 direct, 1 play off) 3 relegated - 2 rounds - 3 B teams Level 3 - Saxon Super League 3 18 teams - 3 promoted (2 direct, 1 play off) 3 relegated - 2 rounds - 3 B teams Level 4 - Saxon Super League 4 18 teams - 3 promoted (2 direct, 1 play off) 3 relegated - 2 rounds Level 5 - Regional Leagues 1 Sussex National League One - 10 teams - 1 promoted directly 1 relegated - 4 rounds Surrey Football League One - 10 teams - 1 promoted directly 1 relegated - 4 rounds Kent Independent League - 10 teams - 1 promoted directly - 4 rounds Level 6 - Regional League 2 Sussex National League Two - 8 teams - 1 promoted directly - 4 rounds Surrey Football League Two - 9 teams - 1 promoted directly - 4 rounds (SFL 2 includes fantasy team Dale FC, mydalefc.co.uk. Intended as the weakest and most financially restricted club in the league.) Cups Saxon Challenge Cup 121 teams - Gives European qualification Winners' Super Cup 2 teams - Super Cup between SCC and SSL 1 winners SSL Cup 74 teams - Cup between Saxon Super League Cups, tier 1 to 4 Sussex League Cup 18 teams - Cup between clubs in the Sussex National League Surrey League Cup 19 teams - Cup between clubs in the Surrey Football League Kent League Cup 10 teams - Cup between clubs in the Kent Independent League Saxon Inter-League Cup 47 teams - Cup between teams in regional leagues, tier 5 and 6 Known bugs As said before England and most likely Europe is broken without the tandem mod for a basic Premier League to Conference North/South system, open to suggested for alternative solutions or mods as this tandem is basic and is likely not suitable for player participation. Challenges Similar to the Dale FC challenge for the Surrey Super League, take any team from the Surrey Football League Two or Sussex National League Two and win the Saxon Super League and European Champions League, try to do this only with players from the three counties for an extra challenge. Want a national team challenge? Pick any of the 3 new national teams, Surrey, Sussex or Kent and win the World Cup and/or European Championship just with players participating in the Saxon Super League, and don't be a club manager in the league either for extra difficulty, leaving player development to the AI clubs. Special thanks to sevestra for the help and Koala for the suggestion Link 1 (Main mod): http://www.mediafire.com/download/dhctfnku7k92grb/Saxon_Super_League_(SSL)_E6EAB978-838B-4F23-946F-1BA4D537F8F1.fmf Link 2 (England fix): http://www.mediafire.com/download/ad0gbvj09gk0mfb/England_fix_for_SSL_7EC7110B-1935-4932-98E8-4A482A545CE7.fmf UPDATES: Minor: Inter-League Cup had two rounds named "Second Round", the second of which was changed to Third Round and the original Third Round was changed to Quarter Final. Minor: The three letter code for the Sussex National League and Surrey Football League both included SL#, this was changed to SN and SF respectively. Medium: The Winners' Super Cup was wrongly scheduled to take place in May, this has been moved to August 2nd. Minor: The game doesn't show all 8 teams that will play in Europe the following season, this is only a display bug. B teams won't qualify either, regardless of finishing place. Expansions: Expansions will be optional addons for the mod that will add new leagues and other competitions to the existing structure. Saxon 8 Nations Championship: This 8 team competition is a new biannual competitions consisting of Surrey, Sussex, Kent, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, the 8 nations of the British Isles. This is a senior national team competition with a rotated host between the 3 Saxon nations at each of their home grounds. The competition will begin in the Summer of 2016 and hosted by Surrey, following the EUROs and will run every other year. 5. I've decided that i'll go with your suggestion and name it the Saxon Super League (SSL) and will involve all Sussex, Surrey and Kent teams including and below the Southern and Isthmian Leagues as well as B teams of the 10 conference teams. The league will hopefully be 5 tiers with a separate Sussex, Surrey and Kent league at tier 5. There will also be 6 cup competitions. The Saxon Challenge Cup for every team, the SSL Cup for all the teams in tier 4 and above, a Winners Cup for the SSL 1 and Challenge Cup winners and 3 county cups for the teams from each county. I also hope to make each county a separate nation with full national team as well. That's the plan at least and i'll try to get it all done and up in the next couple of weeks.
  6. If you, or anyone else, can come up with a historically supported name to call the nation and league then I will make a 3 county nation for Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Although help to ensure I include all appropriate teams and towns in the 3 counties would be appreciated as well.
  7. No problem Clintabn, I was actually considering making a league for more counties, especially the 8 home counties, maybe remove England all together and make a English County Confederation? 39 separate countries? Although that may be a little ambitious for me.
  8. Apparently there was a delete button I didn't notice... So let's try again. Surrey Super League Download Link: http://dalegi.itch.io/surrey-super-league-v1 Logos: Here I gathered or created the majority of logos used in this mod. However, some were taken from Smooth15's Level 7 & 8 logo pack, avaliable on its own here; https://passionatefm.wordpress.com/2014/12/08/smooth15-english-level-7-8/ The Surrey Super League is a 4 tier, 46 teams football league involving the 45 of the 52 in the game and 1 fantasy team added. The teams not included as the 6 teams already in the game, Crystal Palace, Millwall, AFC Wimbledon, Woking FC, Staines Town and Sutton United. Why? to relieve financial differences between these clubs and the lower league clubs included, as well as the financial loss for these 6 clubs would likely be devastating for them, especially for the league clubs. the league also includes a reverse and under 18 leagues to juggle as well. Surrey Super League teams will also begin competing in European competitions after the debut season, you'll be pleased to know that UK & Ireland region players are given non-foreign status as well. I'm sure some of you may be asking "But Crystal Palace, Millwall and AFC Wimbledon aren't in Surrey anyway. They're London clubs." An to a degree you are correct. However, these 3 clubs, and many included in this league are in areas of London that before 1889, the creation of the County of London, and 1965, the creation of Greater London. These areas were originally part of Surrey and therefore included in the mod as such, pre-1889 map here. As well as the league Surrey is added as a fully playable UEFA and FIFA member, at the expense of Kazakhstan moving to AFC. As manager of Surrey you will have a pool of around 200+ Premier League and below to call upon. Competitions are very generous in this mod, but given that Premiership sides attract only ~200 and Chamionpship onwards attract <100, the extra money from doing well in competitions can make the difference between profit and loss for potentially every club in the league. League Format Premiership 14 teams 2 rounds 3 relegated to the Championship Championship 12 teams 2 rounds 3 promoted to the Premiership (2 direct, 1 playoff) 2 relegated to League 1 League 1 10 teams 4 rounds 2 promoted to the Premiership (1 direct, 1 playoff) 2 relegated to League 2 League 2 10 teams 4 rounds 2 promoted to the Premiership (1 direct, 1 playoff) Includes fantasy team Dale FC, mydalefc.co.uk Replacements have also been made to the Isthmian League to ensure it remains playable despite the loss of so many clubs. This mod is intended to be 1 of multiple mods intended to work together and compete against each other, details of which I will keep to myself for now. Special thanks to sevestra who gave me a lot of help with my first publicly released mod. Any and all feedback will be appreciated and if you want the biggest challenge in this mod, then play as League 2 club Dale FC, this 1 reputation, £200 budget, £500 value, £1 transfer money club is ground-sharing with League 1 Westfield FC at Woking Park. Can this minor club cause any problems for anyone? That's for you to do manager. Your goal is simple, win the Champions League.
  9. Version 1.1 Surrey Super League - http://www.mediafire.com/download/n9q3ae06alu9x3f/County_of_Surrey_(FM)_A077FCE0-B2B4-42D6-82A1-E4C42E1C2AFF.fmf Logos - http://www.mediafire.com/download/9k12quw5ccogtc2/logos.rar Most logos were gathered or created myself, especially competition logos but some club logos were taken from the Smooth15 logo pack and can be downloaded in full here, https://passionatefm.wordpress.com/2014/12/08/smooth15-english-level-7-8/ The Surrey Super League mod adds the English county of Surrey as a separate playable nation and a 4 tier, 46 team league system with 3 cups. The Isthmian and Southern Leagues have replacement teams to keep England playable from other county leagues to make up for the lost teams to the Surrey Super League which takes Surrey based teams from the Isthmian and Southern Leagues to Combined Counties Division One, excluding teams not already in the game, excluding 1 added fantasy team for an extra challenge. The 6 Surrey teams in the main game, Crystal Palace, Millwall, AFC Wimbledon, Woking, Staines Town and Sutton United were left, 1. because the financial loss for these teams, especially the league sides would be too much, and 2. the financial and ability gap between teams like Kingstonian and Crystal Palace, two teams that would have been 1st tier sides would have been too much for balancing, so the teams we're chosen from fairly close to each other. But i'm sure some of you may be saying that Crystal Palace and Millwall aren't in Surrey, their London clubs. The boundaries of Surrey that this mod is based on are not this, but instead the historic boundaries or 1965, here, before territory was given to create the County of London, and later Greater London as we know it today, although, Staines Lammas, Ashford and other Spelthorne teams, that technically make up Middlesex were included, because reasons. Kazakhstan was displaced to the AFC to make space for Surrey into UEFA. UK and Ireland region players are given non-foreigner statues to play in the Surrey Super League and vice verse, although over 200 players and staff have switched allegiance to the new nation and can be selected for fully playable and EURO qualifier included national team such as Anton Ferdinand, Mark Hudson, Jamie Mackie and Robert Green to name a few. The Surrey league has extremely generous prize money, with every position giving a club money ranging from £15,000 for the Premiership winner to £1,400 for 10th in League 2 But goes exponentially to £50,000 for winning the Surrey IFA Challenge Cup, £5,000 for winning a Surrey Trophy. but with all but the best teams in the competition being 1000s into the red after the first season the money is without question a must have to counter the low turn outs of only a few 100 in most Premiership and some Championship league games, and 10s in Championship to League 2 games your club will without doubt experience. but will the generous prize money be all it takes for you to lift your club to the highs of Surrey and into Europe's premier competitions to beat the teams you left behind in the English league system? Format League games run from August until May and play on Saturdays. Level 1 - Premiership 14 teams - 3 relegated - 2 rounds Level 2 - Championship 12 teams - 3 promoted (2 direct, 1 play off) 2 relegated - 2 rounds Level 3 - League 1 10 teams - 2 promoted (1 direct, 1 play off) 2 relegated - 4 rounds Level 4 - League 4 10 teams - 2 promoted (1 direct, 1 play off) 2 relegated - 4 rounds Includes fantasy team Dale FC, mydalefc.co.uk. Intended as the weakest and most financially restricted club in the league. Cups Surrey IFA Challenge Cup - 46 teams gives European qualification place Surrey Trophy - 32 teams, only open to Champioship to League 2 teams Surrey Elite Cup - 2 teams, Super Cup between Surrey IFA Challenge Cup and Premiership Winners Surrey teams will begin playing in Europe after the first season. Known bugs Ghost League 2 in rankings, a unclickable league 2 can easily be found in the rankings, not much of a bug but may bring out some people's OCD. This mod is planned to be one of a collection of mods to be released in due course, the 2nd and 3rd could be within the next week hopefully. Want an extra challenge? Dale FC is a 1 reputation, £200 balance, £500 value, £1 transfer budget League 2 club ground-sharing with Westfield FC at the 1000 capacity Woking Park. Can this new boy be of any competition to any club? Well that's your job manager, to make the new boy the best team in Europe, is it possible? I hope people enjoy the mod, give me any feedback that I can use for future updates and mods. Special thanks to sevestra UPDATE: Extra prize money for cup appearances, league wins and draws and an increase in league position winnings to help offset debt build up that you can easily get. League position is 5000 more then before, 20,000 for Premiership winners now.
