Hello!

This "!!!!!D-R-L-W!!!!!4-3-3 v2.fmf" is my latest tactic, and I'm thrilled by the results. It's an attacking 4-3-3 with high pressure. Because of the hard tackles I somehow feels that the referees sometimes is a bit harsh to my team. Therefore I may turn off the hard tackles during match. If I'm down or need a  goal I change the metality to very attacking from 80th minute or so.

Set Pieces: I use Knaps MC40 routine.

I like to have fast defenders with good passing. My MCs should be able to move into scoring positions and have the ability to score some goals.

[Swansea 433 promotion first season FM20]

This tactic has got me promoted form Championship with Swansea. It's a 4-3-3 with wingbacks. The only signing I've made was Ranocchia on loan from Juventus. The only thing that's been bothering me is that my wingbacks variy too often, but that beside I've got a very good season.

Ballplaying defenders with good pace, marking, heading and consentration. 

WBs 

This is the position thats most unstable. Naughton was better than Roberts first season for me in RWB

DM

Important position. Pasning, tackling, consentration, physics. 

MCs 

Passing, long shots, work rate and decision. 

IFWDs

Right side, left foot and left side, right foot. Finishing, crossing, work rate, dribbling and technique. 

SC

Hardworking. Finishing, pace, work rate, aggression and heading.
