[Training position/role/duty and focus]

Im training players to play a role (like BPD def) but im a bit at a loss when it comes to focus. A

If I use  "ask assistant to set individual training" they completely reset everything

I just want my assistant to add the FOCUS and not Position/Role and Duties

Is that possible?

So its Februari now. 17 scout reports in my inbox

2 players meet my criteria (17 and 18 y/o

15 players dont. Ranging from 19, to  27

I play an academy - home grown at club game

ive set my scouting focus to age "15 to 18" 

yet every month my chief scout tells me `ive got 10 ppl but only 1 is worth mentioning (paraphrased ofcourse) 

shows a 22 year old player

 

The focus isnt a suggestion. Its not open to interpetation. When im asking for my scouting team to search for  15 to 18 then I DO NOT WANT OLDER PLAYERS suggested. 

this really annoys me. 

I can accept that a 19 y/o gets through because he might have had his birthday inbetween scouting. Anyone older shouldnt even be suggested. 

[Lock player position in tactic screen]

I want to lock certain players whom are always starting and fill the rest via quick pick.  how do i lock these players?
