I have experienced on two separate save files that I'm unable to place an advert for a new scout in the job centre. I have been able to put up an advert at the start of the game, but it seems to happen after I have signed a scout by using the job centre advert. I have not experienced it with other job adverts so far. The scout option is not greyed out or gone. It's displayed just like a regular job that I am able to place an advert for, but nothing happens when I'm clicking scout except that the "place advert"-box just closes.
