Olympic Charleroi (ID 536240) is currently in the Belgian National Division 1 in the FM23 database. However, this should be substiuted for Olympic Charleroi (ID 245), as the Olympic Charleroi with ID 245 contains all the history of the club, achievements, records of the club. Also, if you look at the article below, the continuation of the club was under the matricule number of Olympic Charleroi, not Royal Châtelet-Farciennes Sporting Club (which was originally ID 536240 in the database) - this requires some understanding of how the matricule numbers of Belgian clubs work - which is not always easy to comprehend! https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Olympic_Club_de_Charleroi

I've noticed quite a number of incorrect club names in the FM23 database that have been added in, overwriting old extinct Belgian clubs that have existing IDs, but still shown the league history and achievements for the old clubs. These IDs/names were all correct in the FM19 database, so look to have overwritten in the interim period. Here are just a few examples: 209 - Should be KFC Rita Berlaar 217 - Should be E. Gerhees Oostham 236 - Should be SK Lombeek 240 - Should be RA Marchiennoise dS 249 - Should be R Prayon FC 100488 - Should be R Daring Club Brussel-Molenbeek 8151007 - Should be Daring Leuven 8154759 - Should be RAS Lessines-Ollignies 8162609 - Should be RCS Verviétois 8162610 - Should be Royal Excelsior Sport's Club 8162613 - Should be Royal Uccle Sport 8162616 - Should be Sporting Club Brussel 8162617 - Should be Union FC Ixelles 8162620 - Should be Red Star Fléron 8164143 - Should be FC Assent 8164192 - Should be RF Club Renaisien 18022411 - Should be RC Tournaisien I've also compared a list of other IDs from the FM19 to the FM23 databse, these all look to have changed too (please see screenshot attached): There are probably a few more than the above list, but these are the names I've found so far.
