Well actually no.. it ticks all the right boxes, like remaining a "loan type deal", with recall clausule checked on, +100% wage and all.. Then I confirm the deal, but that's it, nothing happens, not even a refusal from the player or something like that, it just stays quiet.. nothing really happens..

Same problem here, even if I "offer" my players out for loan nothing happens...

how can i put young players i bought into the reserves squad? i cant find any option whatsoever.. only option i have is to just let them "sit" in my a-squad, or loan them out.

how does one put players in the reserve squad? ive bought some good young potential players, but i have no way to let them play with the reserve squad..

I just hope u were able to adjust the unrealistic transfer amounts.. In the last game i bid like 40mil on a player from a small team, in real life they would ALWAYS accept such an offer because that would be their golden egg transfer, but in fm22 they just rejected and asked 140mil...
