Don't get me wrong, he's good especially on a free. But if your team has main striker as Ronaldo, I'd rather keep Cavani as 2nd striker. This match engine is really heavy on headers at the moment. Cavani. Cavani scored 28 goals in 30 matches (only 14 starts)

He's not that good with this match engine, his heading attribute is really low. You better keep Cavani with Ronaldo as your main striker

Playing as Man United manager, I've refused to sign Mbappe for free due to current match engine. It's much better to keep players like Cavani due to their heading attribute.

Player ratings bug? Can't say I've noticed anything major there. Certainly not making it unplayable. Seen people say this affects fullbacks. My LB has the highest average rating in my squad at the moment.
Other than some UI annoyances, I've never experienced anything remotely gamebreaking this year, been very stable for me. It's amazing how good an experience you can have with this game when you steer clear of some of the threads on here.
Don't think I'll bother opening up the feedback thread anytime soon...
Depends on how you play your game. If you're looking for a long save i.e 20+ seasons, then it is unplayable as you know the newgens will reduce. I'm not moaning as SI have acknowledged it and understandably need time to fix it properly. However it is a gamebreaking bug

Thank you. Also have to say the message 'Cannot register until 2/1/2022' was only lasts for 1 or 2 weeks, then suddenly it disappeared so only impact transfer for a short period of time.

Maybe it's Mourinho's problem in the game. Look at his attributes, he's one of the most all round players in the game

Match engine is much smoother after today's patch.
Also I just have a goal where Daniel James square the ball to Martial when 1v1 with GK. Just beautiful to see.

1. Not being rude but why would you want to rely on your AI bot, especially before your club’s big game
2. Your statement is really unclear. The fact you lost 4-1 doesn’t mean your ass man picked the wrong players. Maybe he did but maybe there’s a logic behind his decision. Ultimately you should review the line up before the match

I came to the forum to report this issue too. I'm in my third season and only just noticed this problem with the PL fixtures so I checked and it actually happened in my 2nd season too! I'm playing as Man Utd, and for seasons 2 and 3 I've been scheduled to play 10 teams away from home twice, and 9 teams at home twice. Seems to be affecting fixtures for the rest of the teams in the league as well though not all in the same way. Is it worth uploading a copy of my save file or is this not getting resolved?
As the post above you, SI seems to say they fixed it if you start a new game. They will try to fix your current save game if you still want to continue, but no commitment about the timeline

Wonder if SI need more time to make it save compatible. I think it's worth to release the fix for new games first if it is the case.
Understand a lot of people still want to continue their saves, but that's harder to achieve

I think it depends on the responsibility you set. If it is assigned to your DoF, I assume it's better to reassing to HoY as they normally have better required attributes

Calm down. This is a special year, I doubt the team have a lot of time working together. Big issue but understandable
