Hey team, Just bringing to your attention that in the default skin's social feed news items from "The Japanese Football Gazette" the "screenshot/icon" bit on the left margin is meant to be just the first few letters of the newspaper's masthead but in the US (at least, not speaking for ROW where this is probably not the case) "The Jap" in that icon can possibly be insulting to Japanese people.

  4. We need to add an "expert advice" mode that allows your Tech Director (and other staff) to make clear what your tradeoffs are and guide you to decisions. For example, at the end of each year the TD could say "your staff is good at technical attack and defense, not great at player dev. you can choose plan A, where I will provide candidates to improve young player development, or plan B, where my candidates will be more tactical coaches." Tradeoffs. I can hire people to help X, or hire people to help Y. You choose. This would be GREAT when asking the TD to hire scouts too. Asking you whether we want to focus on improving our knowledge here or start growing our knowledge there. Left to their own devices they aren't following anyone's plan. Or your owners telling you that Popular Player you're trying to phase out earns the team money in advertising opportunities, and by continuing to play the kid in front of him you're going to lose $250k in potential revenue. You are presented a choice, the tradeoffs are clearly stated, you are able to guide the outcome. Not every choice should be framed like this - it's open world, after all - but especially when your staff is tasked with carrying out duties, they should be asking you for your direction. "Hire a set piece coach and maybe our xg/g goes up .5" would be GREAT advice. It goes beyond just saying "we don't have a set piece coach, we should consider hiring one."

For any save without the use of the editor, newgens (maybe a limited number) can be "downloaded" into trading cards and swapped with mates online to bring their newgens into your game, maybe only used in P2P. Something that allows us to have a social hub where we can barter for players in a marketplace without monetizing these transactions would be a lot of fun and a way to increase social connectivity for users.
  6. When messing with tactics in-match, a tick box saying "remind me to fix this later" and associated post-match reminder would be great. Example: didn't pre-set penalty takers. Get a pen in match, go to the penalty takers and see no one. Add players and tick box to remind later. Finish match, see reminder in inbox to fix penalty takers.

Since many of the sub-teams are granted by the board after the game starts and many of those don't align to a league, there should be an automation to have friendlies scheduled all year long for those squads, rather than the current "staff responsibility" that only schedules for preseason. It is super annoying to have to go in and deal with that scheduling personally, and there's no chance an actual manager would be getting his hands dirty with that.
  8. I'd like to be able to tell the game to put a pop-up with a "have you completed this task yet" that I can set personally on the day. For example, I use the scouting hack of changing from national to world scouting package to do some searching, intending to change back to national before I continue. I could maybe right-click the continue button from that screen to say "force return to this screen with pop-up before continue," so even if I get loose with the space bar it'll push me to where I need to be to complete that task before I move forward.
