201314 FM23 import is the FM23 file

Premier League 201314 is the FM14 file being imported

On further inspection it appears that some defenders also randomly get given a ST position aswell.

Also happens when copy and pasting players

It is.  It's a mash up of a couple of skins but mainly Opz Elite from FM Scout.  Note the beta warning bottom left
