negative transfer budget

Hi there! I have been playing with Feyenoord in FM 24 and after winning the Champions League, I received a message of the board with my new salary budget and transfer budget. While having 600 million on the bank, I got -18 million transfer budget with no possibility to get some of my salary budget shifted to transfer budget. I have never seen a negative transfer budget to be honest, shouldn't it be 0 atleast? I have no clue why this is and I am wondering if this is a bug? I have uploaded the save with the following name Feyenoord - No Transferbudget - 15th Jan.

Statistiscs/Transfers dissapeared by regens

Hello! All the statistics and transfers has been dissapeared, when you navigate to the statistics overview. In the beginning of the game, it didn't occur but lately I've noticed that their was something odd. Everytime I checked a regen his statistics, it only shows the current season and not all the previous ones. Can this happen because of some settings I changed by accident? What can I do? This guy is 20 years old now and have been loaned out twice. But it's strange it only shows the current season.
