Before the latest update you could go to your chief scouts profile and assign scouting assignments like previous FM games. Selecting countries and getting reports back. Why was this taken out? To make things worse the recruitment focus doesn't work at all. I've went for a simple focus of 16-19 year olds then 20-23 year olds. Minimum 1* CA and Min 3* PA and I'm getting zero results. Really? Finishing my current season and won't be playing again until this nonsense is sorted.
