Staff Search - no option for exact match?

perhaps I spoke to soon! After going away from the staff search screen and going back in, then selecting edit again, the attributes have all gone back to the originally selected. i.e. they are no longer all physiotherapy. They have gone back to the original stat selected, in this case 'adaptability' and 'Goalkeeper Shot Stopping' It also changed them to all be 'Is between' filters, when before the 2 at the bottom were 'is at most' and 'is at least' -
This may be intended, but I have been able to do this in last year's FM and I believe in previous versions too. When searching for a new staff addition, if you only want to search for one stat. Say for example a physio or sports scientist, I normally edit the staff search to include the staff role I want and then I use the 'Is between' option to set it to a number I want (start with 20 for example and then work my way down) until I find the best option. This allows me to remove the ones with 20, 19, etc. as I go down, if I can't get that staff and only show the next batch, say only 18 physiotherapy for example. In FM24 (early access) you can no longer set the 'Is Between' option to a single number (except on 20/20). There is no exact match option I can see. The way around is to set an 'is at least' and then an 'is at most' of the same stat, which works. But then you cannot natively add 2 of the same stat in the attribute picker. So you have to add another stat, say 'adaptability' (or any other) and then go back into the edit screen and change it to the same stat as the 1st. I realise this isn't really a bug as such. But this is just a little clunky and seems to be a worse quality of life experience than last year, so thought I would raise it. Thanks Ash M

Second season with Belenenses in Portugal Liga 3. With 4 games (of 18) in league stage left, we have just qualified for the playoffs and we are currently top of the south first stage. The next day, the board and players are now unhappy we 'didn't' make the playoffs. I also noticed in the board item, the information 'button' under failed says they are pleased. The supporters, however, are delighted we reached the playoffs.
