Game Crashes when doing specific player search

Hey My game crashes when I make a player search using Filter "Based In" and choose a Region or Continent. But if I choose Nation the game doesn't crash. Attached Dump files: File ending with 58b shows "Based in" Region crash File ending with 46 shows "Based In" Continent crash I have also uploaded my save game. I have a question about work permit. I want to buy a young talent for my under 18s, but he can't get a work permit (England). My question is, can he play games for my under 18s without a work permit?
