it appears to still be an issue when playing today and fully up to date including all graphics drivers etc.

Please see screenshot attached as same question asked before my game v Norwich with Wan Bissaka who has played every game at WBR.

Just to confirm you can make 5 subs but only in 3 intervals excluding subs made at half time.
