or at least make a lock icon on the current widget for the controls so that, once its locked, it always stays on.

I'm currently in 2043 in my save. I got a new board after a takeover two years prior. This board and the old board keep refusing to build a new stadium. I'm still stuck in my 19k stadium. I've won like 2 CL in the last few years plus some finals lost. I have like over 1 billion in finances. 

Is there any chance that you can look at my save file and see if it's something wrong with my game file/board ... maybe a bug or something because it doesn't make any sense to me.

same issue occurs in my save

low number of scouts reports while ongoing scouting (over one year) with regional assignments

i assigned the responsibility back to my lead scout as it's not worth monitoring and setting up ... what happened to scouting?

this is the behavior for match plans since they were introduce. the subs are made without your approval and its down right stupid imo. i just wanted to change the mentality and some tactic tweeks without clicking and relying only the match plans and goal difference.

i wish it would have some tick option to remove subs from match plans when you go and play the game normally.
