Bug: my Playable / View-only below isnt working

Hey there, need some help. For some reason, in my save the Playable / View-only below option does not work. For example, see screenshot of my setup: In this set-up, the Argentine second division should be viewable right? I've tested it in another save, and with this setting it is indeed visible. However, when I go to my current save it looks like this: I cant view the standings. Anybody have any idea whats going on? I cant figure it out. Is this a known bug? Thanks!
