I make big league changes as the 12 team league with a split is something that has driven me crazy since it started. I hange the top league to be 18 teams and then restructure the lower leagues as well

Is there a reason why the pre game editor could not be released eith the beta access? My preference is to change the league structure for Scotland when playing and having to wait until full release delays me getting a game started
