It's also worth trying to purchase again, Google will detect a duplicate purchase and cancel one of them (might take a day or two to come back into your account). You're welcome to email our support with the transaction ID so we can double check.

When was the last time you started the game with a connection out of interest? It may be the cache has timed out - this is quite a long duration now.

Thanks for the feedback so far. Could I please remind people posting bugs or potential bugs to use the bugs tracker rather than this thread/GD forum.
For users experiencing scaling issues on Android, particularly S20 Plus and S21 Ultra, feel free to try a fix we are testing via open beta - use this link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.sega.soccer.manager.
Please note this build is not tested fully and we cannot guarantee stability, but we would like to have eyes on this particular fix from affected users to ensure that it has indeed fixed the issue.

We're looking at ways to crisp this up a bit, especially on the very large sized devices the graphical fidelity could definitely be a little better.

Different licensing deals last different lengths of time, some are one-offs for one edition, some are a longer term thing.

So - the game doesn't really support C teams properly at the moment, since the change of the Spanish league structure which has introduced a few into the game they sort of function as being half-linked to the club but not fully so in the same way as a B team. In the long run we would ideally support these better.

That workaround should not be in and may cause instability! We'll look into that. In our testing we've found that it's mainly adding nations that increases the demands on the device, adding additional leagues in the same nation, somewhat less so.

Hard to do this any other way on Android that will allow people to access their saves et cetera since the advent of Scoped Storage unfortunately.

Foreign player rules go somewhat against the ethos of the mobile game - not a direction I would anticipate us going down.

This is something we've looked at a few times but surprisingly annoying to get right with the UI system we use. It's definitely on the radar but might be a longer term thing.

What error are you getting when loading please? And what does it say if you try to repurchase the items - it should say you already own them?
