Hallam_Latic Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Teams in the Lower Leagues don't normally have many positions for coaches so it can be hard to fill all the coaching attributes. What attributes would be absolutely vital for lower league teams? What kind of coaches do you look for when starting out with teams with not a lot of resources? ArcaneX Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 I can usually only get 1 coach, so i prefer one that is average on all stats, so i get about 2stars in each training area. After a season his training stats have improved, so its not that bad to get a crappy coach as they will improve along the way. Siddo Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Best thing is to focus firstly on Fitness and Tactical training. Then you can build up from there with whats vital for your side.
