Jamielvo
I've done a quick search and couldn't see this suggested anywhere; How about adding players to press conferences, as in real life? Say a randomly selected more experienced team member (with a greater likelihood of it being the captain) also attends and is asked a couple of questions. His answers would reflect his personality.. an ambitious player would be very confident of winning. If you'd won a dodgy penalty, a sporting player might sympathise with the opposition. Hidden stats like temperament could also come into play; the player could storm out. The press could then maybe pick up on where you and your player might have disagreed. Just a thought, as I've been watching the Friday interviews on Skysports and I always find the player ones more interesting than the managers'.
