Creating multiple managers

Hi, 

Not too sure how much if at all this has been asked about before but I am starting to get a bit bored of just creating myself and managing 1 club and/or 1 national team. I would love the opportunity to instead create multiple managers within the same game. In my head I love the idea of creating all my mates and have them manage their respective clubs which would span across the Premier league, championship and national league. Currently playing on console but would switch across to PC if this option was available there.
