"Suggest player targets" and "Shortlist"

Hello,

I've been pondering a question for some time now regarding the "disappearance" of players from the 'Suggest transfer targets' by the sports director after adding them to the 'shortlist' of players. Let me explain:

When I seek advice from my sports director, Txiki Begiristain, regarding recruiting a striker, for example, he recommends 3 players (see screenshot). We can see that the most recommended player is Jonatan González from Lens at 88%. However, when I add him to the 'shortlist' and revisit the same window, my sports director advises me on the other two strikers but not Jonatan González; instead, he suggests a third player! All because I added him to my 'shortlist'.

My question is simple: is this a bug? Why can't we add the player to the 'shortlist' and still have him in the 'Suggest transfer targets' list?

It's a shame because I find that adding the recommendation score (88 in this case) is a real plus in this edition, and I don't think I can see it on any other display than this one...
