Long Term Squad Building from AI

This is not a feature as such but is a mechanic within the game that I feel requires improving.

On my file I have noticed that a lot of the big teams lose the depth and balance within their squad required to remain a credible force in save games.

My suggestion would be for SI to use machine learning across thousands of simulations, to help produce coding structures for the AI to identify proper ways for building and rebuilding strong squads in long term saves.

I also think there should be something similar used to help them develop their youth players in a similar manner.

Would love to hear peoples thoughts on whether they think this is possible and how this could be done.
