i did an international club cup but clubs moved cup and left their leagues. all clubs are unplayable in the cup

hello guys. i am working to create my internatinal club cup with 64 teams.. it will last only 2 months.

 

i did and it works. but does not bond any league and my added teams left their league ( bundesliga, seria , premier league etc

 

i could not figurete how to make them playable.
