Problem with Supercup and multiple editor files

I'm making a massive database with fictional teams and leagues, each country I make is a different editor file so I can edit the rules in each. The problem is that I only started separating them after I was two countries in, because I realized that I can only edit one nation's rules at a time, so I have two editor saves with two countries edited. The problem is that recently I realized I had forgotten to add supercups, and when I went back to add the Supercup of the first country, whenever I load the game it thinks that the supercup is supposed to be the second country's league, and as a result it doesn't load the second nation's editor file, even though all the rules are verified. What can I do to solve this?
