Player overview help

So i need some help, I want to modify some things on my player overview:

Firtly, i wanna eliminate the panels on black and red and make the roles and duties larger so they can display better

Second, i wanna make shorter the fitnnes panel (if the roles and duties can display good after deleting the panels this step isnt necessary).

I add the photo so you can understand me better

here is a place wher you can see how layouts is made.
you'll need adjust / remake your layout

There is a pastebin file, where you can see how a layout is made and that way see how the current layout is and then either make changes to the current or redo the whole layout
