Achieving 700+ passes in FM24

Hi there, sorry if this is in the wrong section, first time posting.

Has anyone managed to consistently achieve 700+ passes this year? I've skipped FM23, but I had a lot of fun in FM22 developing a high possession tactic (screenshots below, the right winger should be W (S), not AP (S)):

 

 

However, when I use the exact same instructions and formation in FM24, I can´t even manage to surpass 600 passes (and the tactic is a lot less successful).

 

Can anyone help me find what should I change in the tactic in order for it to work the same way it did in FM22? Thank you.
