continental club new championship editor 1 team missing

hiiii all ! would like to find big help to finally create a new competition. But i have always same error or team request

i share my basic file:

new championship over the world ( no championship or cup removed .. )

and off course not replace a use existing nation to make it .. just like superleague they attempt to create but keep all competition existing

2 groupe and need to apply relegation promotion first 

 

and i share old file who is the best exemple but impossible to recreate now on new FM version
