This is the tactic I've managed to garner and nourish into a massive scoring and solid defensible force that has become unstoppable over the three years at United!

Total rebuild, with some great wonderkids found and garnished to perfection and a few due to come up!

All these are found using the scouting and attribute technique and then scouted by the top scout, usually around 18-20 on both ability and potential.

Sold a few players for good money and bought wisely, also included a few loans early on of youngsters who looked good and grew them within and later either bought them or let them go back, a few like Moukoko, Silva, Lafont, Ferguson to name the main ones and few more to come through.

This tactic started off as a 3-3-2-2 and slowly evolved to what it is now!

 

Slow, short passing, possession based with instant press when lossing ball, also high press constantly.
