FM23 offside trap

I downloaded fm23 a few days ago after a long time away (from fm21) and while experimenting with the tactics I found that in the out of possession tab the option for the offside trap does not appear. But in the SI manual for fm23 I saw that it mentions it as an option. Finally does anyone know if the offside trap can be selected in fm23 separately from the rest of the defensive approach options or is it automatically built into the defensive mode. Thank you.
