How I create a Transfer Window for a nation

Hi, I'm adding some new playable nations and I didn't find by any means the transfer window area, to allow me to create a transfer window for those new playable countries

Hi Exzel! If you click on Nation Rules - (Nation Name) (the 2nd from the top option in the top section on the left hand side), and then click on the General window (top option on the bottom left hand side) you will see options for the transfer window in basic mode. If you switch to advanced mode, it is at the bottom of the list on the bottom panel on the left hand side. Below is a picture in basic mode to show you what it looks like - hopefully this helps you get started.
