Trouble selling players. Again.

I had this issue on 22 on Gamepass, though it seems much worse this time around. Selling anyone is nigh on impossible. I've tried offering to clubs for unspecified, listing and not wanted, offering for a value, offering with wage percentage covered and unwanted list for any price and even if clubs want players, they don't bid. 

 

Anyone any tips for actually getting rid of players? Coming towards the end of season 1 and I've plenty of loans coming back like Telles and Henderson who need to go.
