Player Interaction

Hey Folks,

PS5er here eagerly awaiting release.

For those who tried it on the Xbox, how are player interactions? Are there any?

On the PC/Mac versions, you’d get the option to interact individually with any player. You can praise, encourage, criticize and this would affect their performance / morale.

Players would also meet you randomly and tell you how they’re not happy with this and that. Is that option in at all?

Almost non-existent. You can give team talks but you can't single out anyone during them, nor can you initiate meetings outside of a match. A player might confront you if they're unhappy about playing time. In my experience this is quite rare, though. Most of them will just huff in silence and you won't know there's a problem unless you look at their page.
