FM17 - No Reserve/U19s fixtures for Second and Third division teams

Hi!

I managed to activate Uruguay's third division, but I found something weird, and that is that First Division teams are the only ones having a Reserve league (that I can't see in the Editor). No matter what I do I cannot activate a Reserve league for the Second and Third division.

Regarding the U19s it's even more strange. First and Second division teams have a U19s league set up, but nothing is there for the Third division teams.

All teams in all divisions have Reserve and U19s team set up in their details page (although it works the same without that, which is also weird.

Any help is appreciated!
