[Question] Promotion-relegation in Football Manager 2021 pre-Editor

Hi guys ! I'm making my own promotion-relegation in FM2021 by using Pre-editor 

It working great. But is only available on 2021/2022 season.

Now the season 2021/2022 almost over and i'm making my own on 2022/2023 (look like in real life thing)

The problem is. Football Manager 2021 only allow me to choose to 2021/2022 at new game career options. So i'm using 

Kingrobbo FM2022 Custom Start Date so i can finally playing in 22/23 season

But when i choose team, my promotion-relegation database is not working like i expected. 

Example: I switch Levante from Laliga to Malaga from Laliga Smartinbank

 . So my question is : is possible to make this promotion-relegation only work at 22/23 season?
