[FM21] Loan spells in Player History

I'm trying to get loan spells to show up correctly in a person's biography when I add them in the pre-game editor. Frankly, I'd like anything to show up correctly in the biography, but I've given up hope on most of it. 

Here's the biography I get after entering Trevor Francis into the editor. I've looked at players in the editor who have gone on loan - Josh McEachran for example - and tried to do everything the same way in the non-playing and playing history sections. But Francis' two spells at Detroit Express don't show up as loans, nor does his stint in Australia. They look right under "career stats", but the biography is wrong.

(Also, everything related to his managerial career is a disaster, but that seems to be unfixable.)

Is there a way to create people in the database and get correct biographical information?
