I know for libel reasons real players cant, say, act or do anything that brings their image into question but newgens dont have that same problem. Maybe a newgen could be a party animal, maybe they can be a media diva, maybe they can be outspoken in game about *insert topic*, arrested for driving offences. Maybe they make a charitable donation to build a hospital in Kenya etc, maybe they could be gay or a family emergency needing leave from club. These events can be good and bad but they would add personality and character building narratives. There are hundreds of small events that can happen during a save.
