In real matches, a coach gives regular instructions to his team. In FM the instructions are effective several minutes later and sometimes do not correspond anymore to the phase of play. It should be faster and more instant. It's so frustrating to ask players to concentrate, to take a goal, and to see the instructions appear a long time later ... too late! You should also add simple actions that can be required of the players: Shooting, passing, tackling, clearing ... And even allowing that the coach be warned if he talks too much to the referee. -Some football management games that existed a few years ago: chooose new sponsor, new jersey, allowed you to really choose the type of stadium, the location, the number of places.
