Tony Mercedes Posted March 26, 2021 Share Posted March 26, 2021 I'm a few weeks into the season (end of September actually) and I've been noticing regular updates that alternating players are not happy and "think we should be doing more X training". I've only just noticed that of all of my 21 or so 1st team coaches, only the fitness coaches and me, the manager, are actually doing any training. All other coaches have "none" as their workload and all the players are moaning now. Their attributes are continuing to develop, and there are ratings for individual training daily and weekly, so it seems they are actually training, but this disconnect is pretty weird. See screenshots. I tried to solve it by letting the Ass Man handle training for a while, no result. Then I thought I'd clear the Units and re-assign, but I see that I can't actually move players around the Units. I only recently started playing with deeper involvement in the training schedules etc, so on this last point, maybe I'm wrong, but should it not be possible to move a player from one Unit to another? I can promote 2nd team and U-19s, but not move 1st team players Anyway, I can't solve the issue within the save, so all advice would be awesome. Thanks.
